No bacterial growth was noted immediately after hand disinfection. However, two hours later there were 8 out of 20 (40 percent) positive growth for Group A (30,000 to 70,000 CFUs) and 4 out of 20 (20 percent) positive growth for Group B (40,000 to 70,000
